Supervision for LCMHCAs
Receiving quality supervision early on is one of the best ways to maximize your growth and learning as a therapist.
I am honored to supervise newly licensed counselors through such an important stage of your career. Receiving quality supervision early on is one of the best ways to maximize your growth and learning as a therapist. A supervisor plays a crucial role in your early development as a counselor – helping you strengthen your clinical skills, conceptualize complex cases, evolve your counselor identity, and learn how to take care of yourself as a helping professional.
I want your supervision experience to be as enriching as possible and go well beyond that of simply checking off a box. A cornerstone of my approach is fostering a strong supervisor-supervisee relationship that encourages trust and vulnerability. Finding a supervisor that is a good fit is a process. I will do my best to assess whether I believe I’m the best supervisor for you and I hope that you will do the same.
I have experience supervising graduate students and counselors in a variety of settings, including organizations, academia, and private practice. I offer individual and triadic supervision. If you’re interested in supervision and would like to learn more, please complete the application below and I will be in touch to explore next steps.
