About Me
Welcome, I’m Maggie.
I’m a licensed therapist with 10+ years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges and transitions. My background includes working in a variety of settings - giving me a broad perspective on the many ways people struggle and grow.
My approach is grounded in relational theories, with a deep focus on the ways relationships shape our sense of self and well-being. I am comfortable working with all kinds of people and relationships, and value creating a space where anything can be said and explored without fear of judgment. Whether guiding individuals in understanding their relationship patterns, supporting parents through the challenges of raising children, or helping couples navigate complex dynamics, I strive to create a warm, collaborative space that promotes connection and growth.
I love my work as a therapist and truly see it as an honor to support others in the challenges they are facing. Being human can be raw, uncomfortable, and unimaginably beautiful. I believe having access to our full range of emotions brings incredible richness to our lives. Being able to work with these emotions without being swept away by them empowers us to step into our most authentic lives.
In addition to my clinical work, I also provide clinical supervision to therapists working toward licensure. I love supporting fellow clinicians in deepening their insight, building confidence, and developing their unique identity as a therapist.
My approach is relational, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that growth happens in connection. I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
